5 things I’ve thought in week 1

1) “Why has no one commented on my weight loss yet?” (… after day 1)


2) “I forgot how boring it was to eat stuff without fat. Mmmm fat”


3) “If I eat on the exercise bike then it doesn’t count”


4) “I’m genuinely worried I’m going to collapse due to the lack of calories in my body” (It was only 11 in the morning and I had porridge at 10)


5) “Why are people asking me if I had started my diet yet?!”
