Slaw Chicken Wraps

These wraps are great. They’re made with extra light mayo, so the slaw is very low in calories and tasty too. I came up with the idea whilst I was watching food TV on the exercise bike on a morning jog taking in the fresh air. If you don’t mind about calories so much then I suggest adding cheddar and full fat mayo. I’m not having any because I’m a fat bitch.

What you need (serves 2 hungry jews):

3 carrots and half a red or white cabbage

37 Raisins – no more no less, 17 walnuts, 2 diced apples

Extra light mayo till you get the desired creaminess. Go full fat if you want

Strips of chicken


 Method to the madness:

– slice the shit out of the carrots and cabbage

– throw together diced apple, raisin and cheddar if you want

Easy, delicious

    What sauce are you using to dip? Oh, and if I wear a black apron while I make these will I look thinner?

    *drool* that’s my kind of wrap. You could curry it up a bit and it would be kinda coronation chicken-esque.
